Workshop with Markus Rühl

We would like to thank Markus Rühl for the seminar at the PTA Center on Saturday, September 26, 2020. The lecture provided interesting insights into life as a professional bodybuilder and also touched on topics such as doping and private life.

The visitors appreciated the pleasant atmosphere as well as the possibility to ask all questions around the topics training, nutrition and regeneration. The joint workout following the lecture also contained many tips worth knowing for all participants.
