If you wish to have individual 1:1 support during training, personal training is ideal for you. Together we will agree on a goal that you would like for us to achieve together with you. Neither your age, nor fitness level, nor whether you exercise regularly plays a role.

The goals of our patients include weight loss, prevention, postural corrections, the return to everyday life after slipped discs, overcoming sports injuries or mastering a marathon. During the training phase, examinations take place regularly, so that we can track and assess your progress.

With the support of personal training, numerous patients have been able to reach their goals at PTA Center.

Individual training plan creation

The creation of a personal training at PTA Center is a free service and an important part of our philosophy. In order to maintain the results of the treatment in the long term, further training is often necessary. This should be easy to carry out at home with the guidance of a well thought-out training plan.
