The aim of training therapy and personal training is to restore or increase your performance, for example after a prolonged period of illness or as part of the preparation for a competition or race.

Our therapists and personal trainers concentrate in particular on the areas of strength, endurance, mobility and coordination. Our training room is ideally equipped for this purpose.

Medical Training Therapy

Within the framework of medical training therapy, we adapt the type and extent of training to the individual healing process and the different wound healing phases. Exercise on machines, as well as with the own body weight will be integrated into the training program, depending on individual needs.

Once the healing process has progressed far enough, we move on to sport specific exercises to restore your unrestricted performance ability.

Personal Training

If you wish to have individual 1:1 support during training, personal training is ideal for you. Together we will agree on a goal that you would like for us to achieve together with you. Neither your age, nor fitness level, nor whether you exercise regularly plays a role.

The goals of our patients include weight loss, prevention, postural corrections, the return to everyday life after slipped discs, overcoming sports injuries or mastering a marathon. During the training phase, examinations take place regularly, so that we can track and assess your progress.

With the support of personal training, numerous patients have been able to reach their goals at PTA Center.

Individual training plan creation

The creation of a personal training at PTA Center is a free service and an important part of our philosophy. In order to maintain the results of the treatment in the long term, further training is often necessary. This should be easy to carry out at home with the guidance of a well thought-out training plan.

Courses

Our course schedule usually includes courses in the areas of mobility, strength training and preventive training for the spine. Because the programs vary, we will happily inform you personally, to which courses are currently being offered.

An important advantage of our courses are the small groups in which we can individually cater to each participants needs. The course times are employee-friendly, for example before or after work, as well as during your lunch break.
